DESCRIPTION:

  • 1 Tri Tip per bag

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat the oven to 180℃.
  • Slice cold and oven roast for approximately 3 to 5 minutes prior to serving.

Alternatively:

  • Pre heat oven to 200℃.
  • Place the whole tri tip onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15-20 mins or until golden and heated through.
  • Serve with your favourite sides.

Or:

  • Take tri tip out of the bag and cut into strips for beef fajitas or thick slices for a steak sandwich.
  • Turn your fry pan on to medium-high heat and flash the meat in the pan to crisp it up and heath though, then serve!
