DESCRIPTION:

  • 1 Lamb Shoulder

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 220℃.
  • Cut open bag and empty the contents into a baking tray.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste or your favourite lamb seasoning.
  • Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes until crispy, golden and heated through.
  • Serve with a choice of your favourite sides.
