  •  4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs


In the Oven:

  • Preheat the oven to 200℃.
  • Remove thighs from the bag and place into small backing tray and season with a little olive oil and your favourite herbs and spices OR ditch the rubs and go straight for a wet marinade or sauce.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden and heated through.

On the BBQ:

  • Remove the chicken thighs from the bag and place into bowl.
  • Season with spices, herbs or marinade of your choice.
  • Get the BBQ as hot as possible and then place on the prepared thighs.
  • Turn the thighs over every 1-2mins or until they have caramelised on both sides. Remove from the BBQ and serve!

Serve with your favourite sides!
