- 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
In the Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 200℃.
- Remove thighs from the bag and place into small backing tray and season with a little olive oil and your favourite herbs and spices OR ditch the rubs and go straight for a wet marinade or sauce.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden and heated through.
On the BBQ:
- Remove the chicken thighs from the bag and place into bowl.
- Season with spices, herbs or marinade of your choice.
- Get the BBQ as hot as possible and then place on the prepared thighs.
- Turn the thighs over every 1-2mins or until they have caramelised on both sides. Remove from the BBQ and serve!
Serve with your favourite sides!
