Sous Vide Seasoned Mid Wing and Drumettes

  • 20-30 Pieces per bag
  • 3kgs of Seasoned mid wings and drumettes


  • Cut open the bag and empty contents into a large bowl.
  • Separate the wings gently and remove any excess jelly and fat from the wings.
  • In the same bowl add your favourite seasoning and coat wings evenly.
  • Place on a baking tray under a hot grill and turn wings every 5 mins until golden and crispy.
  • Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
