- 20-30 Pieces per bag
- 3kgs of Seasoned mid wings and drumettes
- Cut open the bag and empty contents into a large bowl.
- Separate the wings gently and remove any excess jelly and fat from the wings.
- In the same bowl add your favourite seasoning and coat wings evenly.
- Place on a baking tray under a hot grill and turn wings every 5 mins until golden and crispy.
- Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
