Sous Vide Provence Tri Tip



–  1 Tri Tip per bag
– 97% Beef, (Salt, Rice Cereal, Sugar, Dextrose, Dehydrated Vegetables, Natural Flavours (wheat, Soy), Breadcrumbs (Wheat), Herbs, Spices, Flavour Enhancers (621, 635), Canola Oil, Anti-Caking Agent (551), Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soy), Food Acid (330), Spice Extract
(160c) 3%)

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180℃. Slice cold and oven roast for approximately 3 to 5 minutes prior
to serving.
Pre heat oven to 200℃.

Place the whole tri tip onto a baking tray andbake in the oven for 15-20 mins or until golden and heated through.

Serve with your favourite sides.
Take tri tip out of the bag and cut into strips for beef fajitas or thick slices for a steak sandwich.

Turn your fry pan on to medium-high heat and flash the meat in the pan to crisp it up and heath though, then serve!
