Sous Vide Chicken Thigh



– 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs

-100% Chicken

Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200℃.

Remove thighs from the bag and place into small backing tray and season with a little olive oil and your favourite herbs and spices OR ditch the rubs and go straight for a wet marinade or sauce. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden and heated through.

Serve with your favourite sides!

On the BBQ:
Remove the chicken thighs from the bag and place into bowl. Season with spices, herbs or marinade
of your choice. Get the BBQ as hot as possible and then place on the prepared thighs. Turn the
thighs over every 1-2mins or until they have caramelised on both sides. Remove from the
BBQ and serve!
