  • Pre-heat oven to 220℃.
  • Cut open bag and empty contents into a small baking tray.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste or sprinkle with your favourite seasoning.
  • Roast for approximately 30-40 minutes and serve.

  • Cut open the bag and empty only the juices into a baking tray.
  • On a clean chopping board, slice the brisket cold.
  • Once sliced, place into tray with juices and add seasoning.
  • Roast for approximately 10-15 minutes.
