Sous vide cooking is the process of vacuum sealing meat in a food grade plastic bag and then cooking the product in temperature-controlled water bath that is set at a low temperature and cooked for an extended period of time. Our process is low and slow giving you tender meat, consistently. All you need to do is heat and serve!

Yes, our products are cooked under the Sous Vide method, packed in vacuum sealed bags and cooked in water baths for 16 hours at a low temperature to guarantee you ‘melt in the mouth’ meat!

Our products range from 56 – 70 days in the fridge! But don’t worry, all of our products come with a label that states their “use by” date!

Absolutely! If our product is placed in the freezer prior to its ‘use by’ date, it can be kept frozen for up to 6 months from the ‘cooked on’ date!

Our products respond best to a really high temperature for a short amount of time – for the best re-heating method, click on the product you are getting ready to feast on and check out the cooking instructions!
Most of our products are ‘all natural’ meaning that they don’t contain any seasonings OR allergens at all, however, some of our seasoned products do! For allergen declarations, click on the product you were after to see!

Yes! Place the meat that you want to freeze in an air tight container/freezer bag and keep for up to 3 months!

We recommend using the product within 3 days of opening the bag
